Compliance is the Face of a Better Nation

While we read or listen to the news, feeling a sense of powerlessness due to observing how things rarely work as they should in our beloved nation is inevitable. We certainly have a culture of corruption that has spread and developed for decades, and uncertainty about the future can remain in our spirits.

But now is not the time to let these feelings render powerless the best tools we have: ourselves and our determination to do things well.

When working within administration, the adherence to standards and processes is everything. Because we know that before us, scholars systematized the way to be effective and continue with the survival of a company. From this point of view, our authorities are paying for the development of the country by helping us to comply with our obligations in a more timely manner through better technology.

As we know, Mexico is a leader in the development of electronic invoicing and recently version 3.3 has been launched. Which requires the selection of an extensive catalog of all the products and services that our company provides to contribute to the audit of the income of all of our offices at the national level for the benefit of public finances.

According to official information, as of next July the discrepancy between the units of measurement that we register in our digital tax receipts and the product or service key will begin to be the subject of sanctions. On the other hand, the process for the cancellation of an invoice will also take effect on the same date, according to this procedure can only be made such cancellation with the authorization of both parties involved – since there was a custom in some circles to cancel invoices to evade fiscal responsibilities.

These measures can be interpreted as a headache or they can be recognized in their proper dimension, because the contribution of this is necessary to create a better country. Every learning process requires effort. At Mijo! Brands we are sure that the adherence to these ordinances and the fulfillment of citizens' obligations will lead Mexico to where we all want to see it.
