Invited by the LGBT Association of Commerce and Tourism (ACT LGBT A.C.) of Puerto Vallarta, Mijo! Brands, the brand strategy and digital marketing agency, presented a Twitter Seminar on Tuesday, January 13th, 2015.
Cristian Hernandez, Community Manager at Mijo! Brands, led the 1 hour introductory seminar which covered the principals of that social network, the benefits to the companies and offered practical examples of how to implement best practices in marketing strategies to the 13 members present at the seminar.
The seminar consisted of a visual presentation with an overview of successful strategies on local, national and international levels, introducing attendees to current industry trends.
Bill Hevener, Vice President of Vallarta Pride and member of the Committee Membership of ACT LGBT A.C., noted that “these seminars are very beneficial to the members of the association because they address current tools and trends that help our partners implement the necessary measures to promote their businesses.”
He also commented that “members of the association are extremely interested in taking these seminars because they understand the importance of marketing their respective businesses for the economy of Puerto Vallarta.”
Mijo! Brands believes that it is essential for Mexican entrepreneurs to integrate professional marketing efforts into their business strategies and that their work with ACT LGBT A.C. will benefit the both the restaurant industry and the local and national economy.
