It is important that the values of a brand conveys confidence to customers and provides them with a customized emotional experience. The use of in-depth data is essential in achieving direct contact with users and understanding their preferences in detail.

The digital market give consumers the ability to make immediate purchases. Social networks like Facebook and Twitter will operate a direct purchase button, which allows for significant savings, branding and impulse shopping. Although it is important to keep in mind that social networks that are seeing the greater increase in users are Instagram and WhatsApp.
