Mijo! Brands will proudly unveil Puerto Vallarta´s new mobile website to an audience of an estimated 500 participants at the social media conference Súbete al Tren (Get on Board), co-hosted by the Vallarta CVB, the Canaco (Business Association) and Mijo! Brands.
The new mobile site is part of a fully integrated social network and social media strategy that incorporates leading and emerging trends in Travel 2.0.
During the 3 hour presentation, Ramon Lopez, Web director at Mijo! Brands is expected to present the advances the official Website has achieved in terms of global ranking, audience reach and vacation bookings in the 10 months since the site was first launched in 2010.
A targeted social media marketing campaign has seen both official Websites Visita Puerto Vallartaand Visit Puerto Vallartaclimb steadily in global rankings. The language Spanish version has taken a lead over the official website for the country in terms of global rank, while the English language version has become one of the highest ranking official websites in Mexico beating out Cancun, Los Cabos and Riviera Nayarit.
