Mijo! Brands, the brand strategy and online communications agency, has created a fresh new image and user-friendly navigation for Crowne Plaza Mazatlánʼs (CPM) website, fully integrating the latest standards in tourism 2.0.

CPM reached out to Mijo! Brands to help revolutionize the resort’s customer care experience; creating optimal interactive tools to satisfy the needs of each client through an innovative web and social media strategy.

Now guests of CPM can instantly share their daily activities, pictures and comments on social networks like Facebook, Twitter and Tripadvisor and the custom-built online vacation planner, creating direct contact between the client and the hotel itself and reaching much wider public exposure within social media. The planner also provides CPM with rich visitor data.

The hotel ́s administration will have the opportunity of publishing bilingual content, continually updating the site and ensuring search engine optimization. Crowne Plaza Mazatlan ́s goal is to provide current, fresh and up to the minute information to maintain contact with its clients at all times. Mijo! Brands is bringing tourism 2.0 to life, incorporating eye-catching images and strengthening the siteʼs interactivity.
